Some day I eventually have made it! Here you may get an english-russian dictionary for Psion 3aR as a Psion Data File for free. The only problem with it is that it is simply data file so Psion look through it by usual way... continiosly and it takes time:(. There are more than 7000 words in it and Psion takes roughly about 1 seconds to search through 100 words. In any case there is some use of it.
